Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s baby has three doting siblings ready to help the parents-to-be.
The Jennifer’s Body actress, 38, revealed how her three kids with ex Brian Austin Green — Noah, 14, Bodhi, 12, and Journey, 8 — reacted to the news that she is expecting her fourth child (though her first with Kelly).
“The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in,” Fox told People in an interview published Monday, December 2.
Fox first revealed her pregnancy via Instagram on November 11. She and Kelly previously experienced a miscarriage during their relationship.

“Nothing is ever really lost,” Fox, 38, captioned a series of photos, including one showing off her baby bump. “Welcome back 👼🏼❤️.”
The first Instagram photo showed a naked Fox covered in what appeared to be black paint, cradling her baby bump. She tagged MGK, 34, on her belly. A second image displayed the actress’ positive pregnancy test. (Comments on the post were disabled.)
MGK — who has a daughter, Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon — addressed Fox’s pregnancy for the first time on November 25 via X.
“Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch,” Kelly wrote. “When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don’t worry.”
He added, “After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
Fox and Kelly began their romance in 2020 after meeting on the set of their film Midnight in the Switchgrass. Two years later, Kelly proposed, but the couple have yet to walk down the aisle. In November 2023, Fox opened up about how her previous pregnancy loss took a toll on her and the musician’s relationship.

“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” she said during a Good Morning America interview. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
Following Fox’s pregnancy announcement her ex’s new fiancée, Sharna Burgess, shared a sweet shout-out to the actress. (Green and Burgess share son Zane, 2.)
Burgess, 39, reposted Fox’s baby announcement to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Welcome little one, we are all so excited to meet you.”
“Congratulations Mama,” she added.
