Bhad Bhabie got candid about getting a nose job.
Bhabie, 21, took to Instagram on Tuesday, January 21, to reveal she went under the knife. “Nose jobs are not for the weak!!” she wrote in a since-deleted photo, per The Daily Mail.
In the snap, she gave fans an up-close look at her swollen nose and purple-and-yellow bruises surrounding her eyes. The rapper, who has also been open about her cancer diagnosis, made it clear to fans that her doctor OK’d the procedure before she had a rhinoplasty.
“I don’t know who told y’all you can’t get surgery when you have cancer,” she reportedly wrote via social media.“I was cleared by my [doctor,] mind the business that pays you.”
Less than eight months after rapper Bhad Bhabie gave birth to her first baby, she appears to have been diagnosed with cancer. “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight,” Bhabie, 21, wrote via her Instagram Story on Thursday, November 7. “I’m slowly gaining back. She added: “It doesn’t matter if you liked my nose before… This is my face. I didn’t like it so I fixed it… I choose to be open with y’all about what I have done.”
Bhabie previously confirmed her cancer diagnosis with fans in November 2024 via Instagram, writing, “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me lose [sic] weight.” She continued, “I’m slowly gaining back. So, stop running [with] the worst narratives 💕.”
The “Gucci Flip Flops” rapper didn’t share what type of cancer she was diagnosed with at the time but addressed rumors that she has breast cancer on Tuesday via social media, per reports.
“Y’all so worried about me, and y’all don’t even know what kind of cancer I have,” Bhabie added.“It’s not breast cancer that is a rumor.”

Last month, she posted a pic of her mane growing out a bit since debuting a pixie cut in October 2024. In the selfie, she pushed her bangs to the side as her coils hung slightly over her ears. Her fans complimented her “Betty Boop” coif in the comments section.
“I love this cut on you,” one follower wrote, as a second gushed, “I love the short hair – you have a great face for it.” A third fan added, “It’s giving Betty Boop, and I’m so here for it 🔥.”
