Jason Kelce says wife Kylie Kelce has issued a stern warning about his exercise routine.
“I was working out the other day, and Kylie [said], ‘If you get a six-pack, I will be furious,’” the veteran NFL player, 36, revealed during the Friday, October 18 episode of the “Centered on Buffalo” podcast.
When podcaster Eric Wood bluntly asked Jason what he’s “weighing nowadays,” the athlete shared that he weighs somewhere between 270 and 275 pounds.
“I keep doing really good, and then I’m in Cincinnati yesterday and I’m freakin’ eating these chicken sandwiches … you’re loading up when you’re on the road too much,” he said, noting that he’s “happy” with his current weight.
“I still want to kind of get down to 260 [pounds] eventually this year, but a lot of guys lose too much too fast and it feels like it just doesn’t fall off properly or it looks drastically different,” he added. “As I’ve gone down [in weight], I feel like 260’s the right number. We’ll reassess when we get there.”
Earlier this year, Jason told the “Green Light With Chris Long” podcast that Kylie, 32, enforced a fitness rule for her husband, who retired from the Philadelphia Eagles in March after 13 years with the team.
“She just implemented this, but she said I have to work out a minimum of three days a week, otherwise she doesn’t want to deal with me,” Jason said in August. “When I’ve worked out, I am in a great mood; I interact well at home with my kids and everybody – I just am a better person.”
Jason and Kylie have been married since 2018 and share daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1. The couple took their eldest two to Taylor Swift’s Miami Eras Tour stop on Friday, October 18, where Swift debuted a brand-new Reputation bodysuit.

Jason and brother Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna Kelce, was also spotted inside Hard Rock Stadium before showtime. Donna, 72, was seen in a suite with Kylie and her granddaughters, according to a fan picture. And in a separate snapshot posted via X, Jason was seen with Wyatt at the venue. The former NFL player wore jeans, flip flops and a maroon T-Shirt while his daughter sported a pink, glittery dress and boots.
Though the Kelce family was in full force in Florida, Swift’s boyfriend, Travis, was noticeably absent. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35, is in season and has a game on Sunday, October 20, which meant he couldn’t make the show.
